I want to be like Christ
My Lord, My God, the King of My life
I want to be like Christ

Never take for granted the life you live today
For only the Father in Heaven knows when you’ll be called away

Away to a much better place
Where there is joy Forever and Golden gates

Where children dance with Daddy all day long
Where people are Saints singing the Song

A song of mighty Thanksgiving
To a God whose so merciful and forgiving

Hope, Faith, Love Remain
These three, but Love is most, this we proclaim

Love it is, the greatest of these
The one true gift that always will please

The Father and the Son today
Love God and Neighbor this the Scriptures say

I want to be like Christ
Hear the people in Heaven and this planet rejoice
I want to be like Christ

Strive for perfection, to be like the Son
This is the Race of Life, which must be run

Be Humble, Honest, and Good like He
The Lord Who’s the Stamp of Christianity

Jesus came to serve not to be served
That’s what we are challenged to do, to make him heard

Christ is the Shepard, We are the Sheep
We must always sow fruit, so we may reap

Reap a great harvest, be filled up right
Always keeping in mind that we’re in God’s Sight

I want to be like Christ, there is no other answer, He is the only way
Jesus is the bright and shining Ray

The Ray of Light, the Light of the World
The Lamb of God who lived and died for all

Christ was the One who was slain so that we all might rise in the end

Yes, I want to be like Christ
Like My Lord who did no wrong, but only did right
Yes, I want to be like Christ

He wants you on His Team Today
All it takes is Faith, Hope, and for you to obey

Rep for the Church, God, and Jesus
We are warriors, He’s called all of Us

Stride and Seek first the Kingdom of God
The Holy and Immaculate, the Truth, the Lord.
