Christ is the Risen Lord

Christ did suffer great Agony
Took Nails and died on the Cross for you and Me

He did this out of pure love alone
Cause what was on His mind was taking us Home

The Father did send down the Son
To Cast out Sin and Save Everyone

One thing remained in God’s Mind
It was helping us from time to time

After Jesus Handed His Father the Spirit
The Heavens were shaken and the Earth Darkened

By Dying He destroyed our death for sure
He calls us to live by the Spirit and become poor

God says don’t be afraid oh little flock
He will protect you around the clock for He is your Rock

For where your heart is there you riches will be
Let’s worship the Lord and work for Eternity

He’s the Christ, the Messiah, the Holy One
The Lamb who came to Save Everyone

He’s our hope, our King, our Lord
Jesus fights for creation with the Sword

He has the sword of Justice in His belt
Christ knows our pain and trouble that is felt

So Don’t hide the Treasure He’s blessing you with
Instead use ‘em to Change the world and give

Happy are those disciples who surely desire
To do all things that God has required

Blessed are they who work for Peace
Those who fight for the Lord and Never retreat

So Pick up the Gospel and the Cross
And you will never experience another Loss

Jesus is the real fulfillment
Of the Old and New Testament

So therefore we are no longer slaves to sin
But we have been freed, worship Christ, Praise Him
